Google reports that Antigravity is built into the Gemini app for macOS: a user discusses an idea, starts a coding agent and approves its plan, after which the agent works on the code in the background. Availability conditions and eligible accounts are listed in the official October 13 release notes.

Our takeaway: a unified workspace may reduce the need to switch between discussion and implementation. Software readiness should still be assessed through verified user journeys and tests, rather than an agent's completion message. This is an analysis of the developer's announcement, not our own independent benchmark.
